E-invoicing mandate in Austria: only for invoices to the federal government
Austria has no general e-invoicing mandate between businesses. E-invoices have been mandatory since Jan 1, 2014, but only for invoices to federal government agencies.

From Jul 1, 2030, the EU rules for cross-border B2B invoices (ViDA) also apply in Austria.
