Download valid sample invoices as XRechnung and as ZUGFeRD PDF here. Every file passes the check, and each XRechnung also passes the KoSIT validator, the validation program of the Coordination Office for IT Standards (KoSIT).

You may use the files under CC0 1.0 without conditions. The ZUGFeRD PDFs come from the Mustang project and are licensed under Apache-2.0.
