Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Michael Sann (Podshalocef) operates the service (“we”). Full details are in the legal notice. These terms are governed by German law.

2. The service

invowerk provides a public API and an MCP server, with a free plan and paid plans. Free and anonymous use is rate-limited. Paid plans include monthly credits.

3. Acceptable use

• Keep your API keys secret. You are responsible for all activity under your keys.
• No illegal content, abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service.

4. Billing

Polar Software, Inc. bills paid plans monthly as merchant of record and authorized reseller. Subscriptions renew each billing cycle until canceled. You can cancel anytime on the billing page or in the Polar customer portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Refunds are handled through Polar: fees for elapsed billing periods are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Changes

These terms may change. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
