This is a hint from invowerk, not a validation rule.
Meaning
A German seller's invoice states no time of supply (BT-72, BG-14, BG-26), an invoice item under section 14(4) sentence 1 no. 6 UStG. Down payments and invoices up to 250 EUR are exempt. The hint does not change the result.
Possible causes
- The software writes the service date into the PDF only, not into the XML file.
- The service date appears only as free text in a note (BT-22).
- Only some lines have a service period, not all of them (BG-26).
How to fix it
- In your invoicing software, enter the delivery or service date; the calendar month is enough (UStAE 14.5 para. 16).
- Set BT-72, an invoicing period (BG-14) or a period on every line (BG-26), as the ZUGFeRD rule BR-FX-DE-04 expects.
