Meaning
Fewer than 20 characters of text could be read from the PDF. So invowerk did not compare the invoice number, amounts and IBAN between the PDF and the XML file. The hint does not change the result.
Possible causes
- The PDF is a scanned image without a text layer.
- The text was converted to vector graphics when the PDF was made.
- The PDF is empty or contains only placeholder pages.
How to fix it
- Check whether the text can be selected and copied in a PDF viewer.
- Produce the PDF with embedded fonts and a real text layer rather than as an image.
