This is a hint from invowerk, not a validation rule.
Meaning
The taxable amount of category S (BT-116) differs by less than 1.00 from the sum of lines, charges and allowances. In UBL the rule allows this difference (BR-S-08). The hint does not change the result.
Possible causes
- Line amounts were changed after the VAT breakdown was built.
- An allowance or charge has the wrong category or rate.
- The software computes with unrounded intermediate values.
How to fix it
- Let your invoicing software recompute the breakdown after every change to the lines.
- Build BT-116 per category and rate as the sum of BT-131 plus BT-99 minus BT-92.
