Meaning
The XMP metadata must name the embedded XML file (fx:DocumentFileName). Permitted names are factur-x.xml, zugferd-invoice.xml, ZUGFeRD-invoice.xml and xrechnung.xml. Case matters: ZUGFeRD-invoice.xml belongs to ZUGFeRD 1.0.
Possible causes
- The fx:DocumentFileName property is missing from the XMP metadata.
- It holds a free-form name, for example rechnung.xml or invoice.xml.
- The capitalization differs from the list.
How to fix it
- Update your invoicing software, or send this result to its vendor.
- Set fx:DocumentFileName to the name the XML file is embedded under; for current ZUGFeRD versions usually factur-x.xml.
