Meaning
An XRechnung should state the delivery or service date: as delivery date (BT-72), as invoicing period (BG-14) or as a period on every line (BG-26). The message is information only and does not make the KoSIT validator reject the invoice.
Possible causes
- The service date is only in the free text of the invoice.
- No service period was entered for services.
How to fix it
- In your invoicing software, enter the delivery or service date or the service period.
- In the XML: set BT-72 (UBL cac:Delivery/cbc:ActualDeliveryDate, CII ram:ActualDeliverySupplyChainEvent/ram:OccurrenceDateTime) or BG-14 (UBL cac:InvoicePeriod, CII ram:BillingSpecifiedPeriod).
