Meaning
An XRechnung must contain the postal code in the buyer's address (BT-53). A field containing only spaces counts as empty.

Possible causes
- The customer address in the invoicing software is incomplete.
- City and postal code share one address field.
How to fix it
- In your invoicing software, add the postal code to the customer's address.
- In the XML: set BT-53 (UBL cac:AccountingCustomerParty/cac:Party/cac:PostalAddress/cbc:PostalZone, CII ram:PostcodeCode in ram:BuyerTradeParty/ram:PostalTradeAddress).
