Meaning

The "Seller contact email address" element (BT-43) must be present — cbc:ElectronicMail inside the seller contact group.

Possible causes

• cbc:ElectronicMail in the seller cac:Contact is absent or empty.

How to fix it

• Set BT-43 (cbc:ElectronicMail) to a valid e-mail address with exactly one @ sign (see BR-DE-28).
