Meaning
The seller contact must name a contact point (BT-41), such as a person or a department like "Accounting". The recipient sends questions there.

Possible causes
- No contact person for invoices is set in the company data.
How to fix it
- In your invoicing software, enter a contact person or department for invoices.
- In the XML: set BT-41 (UBL cac:Contact/cbc:Name, CII ram:DefinedTradeContact with ram:PersonName or ram:DepartmentName).
