Meaning
An XRechnung must contain the city in the seller's address (BT-37). A field containing only spaces counts as empty.

Possible causes
- The address in the company data is incomplete.
- City and postal code share one address field.
How to fix it
- In your invoicing software, enter the city in your company address.
- In the XML: set BT-37 (UBL seller cac:PostalAddress/cbc:CityName, CII ram:PostalTradeAddress/ram:CityName in ram:SellerTradeParty).
