Seller email address has an invalid format (BR-DE-28)
- Standard: XRechnung
- Severity: warning
- Affected fields: BT-43
Meaning
The seller contact's email address (BT-43) should hold exactly one @, with characters before it and a domain with a dot after it. Spaces are not allowed. A warning alone does not make the KoSIT validator reject the invoice.
Possible causes
- The @ is missing or written as "(at)".
- The field holds two addresses or a space.
How to fix it
- In your invoicing software, store exactly one email address for questions about invoices.
- In the XML: set BT-43, e.g. invoice@example.com (UBL cac:AccountingSupplierParty/cac:Party/cac:Contact/cbc:ElectronicMail, CII ram:EmailURIUniversalCommunication/ram:URIID).
