Meaning

The "Specification identifier" (BT-24) should syntactically match the XRechnung standard id (the CIUS, extension or CVD urn) so the document is recognised as an XRechnung.

Possible causes

• cbc:CustomizationID carries a urn other than the expected XRechnung id.
• The CustomizationID names a version the recipient does not support.

How to fix it

• Set BT-24 (cbc:CustomizationID) to the matching XRechnung CIUS urn, e.g. urn:cen.eu:en16931:2017#compliant#urn:xeinkauf.de:kosit:xrechnung_3.0.
