Specification identifier is not an XRechnung 3.0 identifier (BR-DE-21)

Meaning
The specification identifier (BT-24) should be one of the XRechnung 3.0 identifiers (standard, extension or CVD). With any other identifier the KoSIT validator finds no matching rules and rejects the invoice.

Das Element "Specification identifier" (BT-24) soll syntaktisch der Kennung des Standards XRechnung entsprechen.
Possible causes
- The software writes the identifier of an older version, e.g. xrechnung_2.3.
- The identifier contains a typo or extra spaces.
How to fix it
- In your invoicing software, choose the XRechnung 3.0 format and create the invoice again.
- In the XML: set urn:cen.eu:en16931:2017#compliant#urn:xeinkauf.de:kosit:xrechnung_3.0 (UBL cbc:CustomizationID, CII ram:GuidelineSpecifiedDocumentContextParameter/ram:ID).
